Pay remaining balance
If you've only paid your deposit, you can settle the remaining balance now or at the time of pickup. Just enter your booking reference along with the email address or phone number used to book.
By booking, you authorize ProEliteDrivers to charge your card on file for a $15 wait fee if pickup wait exceeds 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time (once I have arrived).

Cancel / Request cancellation
Cancellations are handled by request. Enter your booking reference and the email or phone used to book. I'll review your request and follow up shortly. Deposits are non-refundable. Please note: refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after I have begun traveling to your pickup location.
